TENT CAGE SPECIFICATION Base 1.43m(56inches) square. Height approx 1.5m (60 inches) Packed in a bag approx 0.6m (24 inches) long x 0.15m (6 inches) diameter. Weight approx 2 kg. Net sides and porous sewn-in groundsheet constructed so that no insects can enter or leave. No projecting internal seams to trap or hide insects. Access through the large sweeping double slide zip. | Similar in style to small domed camping tents, this cage uses the same flexible fibreglass sectioned tent poles and method of erection. It provides the space required for large insects and plants with excellent viewing and easy access for individual insects, insect food and photography, with the photographer inside. Suitable for summer outdoor or greenhouse use, it can be placed on flat surfaces such a patio or lawn. In windy conditions the corners are secured with 4 pegs (supplied) skewered into the ground. | |
