 The Insectopia Ranger® is our top of the line moth trap. This collapsible netting trap has a base unit designed for stability and good wind resistance with a collapsible central cone which is carefully shaped for efficient capture. The trap comes packed in a handy carry-bag.
Two models are available: The Ranger® Capio includes a large rainsheld and is designed to accept a wide range of mercury vapour (MV) and mercury blended tungsten (MBT) lamps, and also actinic electrics. The Ranger® Aperio comes without the shield, and accepts actinic electrics only.

Features: Self-supporting, and can be hung or ground anchored. Quick assembly/ dismantling of body and cone. Wide double-slider zip provides access to moths, with the light running. Our Safari® moth trap is a versatile super-lightweight, supremely portable, economical unit.
