The Insectopia Ranger® is our top of the line moth trap. This collapsible netting trap has a base unit designed for stability and good wind resistance with a collapsible central cone which is carefully shaped for efficient capture. The trap comes packed in a handy carry-bag.

Two models are available:
The Ranger® Capio includes a large rainsheld and is designed to accept a wide range of mercury vapour (MV) and mercury blended tungsten (MBT) lamps, and also actinic electrics.
The Ranger® Aperio comes without the shield, and accepts actinic electrics only.
